We joined this club for a few reasons. Close to home. A pool. New. Clean. Nice people. Lots of activites and good (not GREAT hours) Here is what we have now. The pool is always having issues (broken heaters, cracked tiles, dirty pool decks) They cannot keep good help. Dirty shower rooms for the 5 AM (when they can actually open on time) people. Missing weights in the weight room (says they are being stolen) Crabby employees that almost seem ticked off that paying clients are waiting outside to get in BY 5.
They cannot keep staff, especially early morning staff. No one hardlt EVER will get here prior to the 5 o'clock opening time to let everyone in. We have had many days when teh club did not even open until 45-1 hour after designated time. There are many clubs in Bellevue and more will be coming down the chute I am sure. This club needs to get a clue and get busy fixing these issues. MANY of us are concidering a mass exodus and taking potential newbies with us.
