On March 19th I placed an order with Drop Zone Army Navy for a pair of fatigue pants using Paypal to send them the funds. They received the money, but unlike their claim on their website 'All order's will be shipped within 7 business days' I have never received the order nor any correspondance regarding my order.
After waiting 3 weeks I have attempted to contact them several times, sending emails but getting no response and have attempted to phone them several times. They never answer the phone and once when I let my call ring several times, the phone was picked up and evidently laid down to stop the ringing as I could hear conversations being had with customers.
I went to Paypal to attempt to recover my funds but read that you have to wait 45 days before filing a dispute resolution. What kind of professional business doesn't answer emails or doesn't have a voice mail service. I guess one that plans on ripping you off!
