Requested to cancel my membership 4 times. Assistant Manager said that I should not be charged anymore. They did not tell me that I had seperate tanning membership for my wife. It was sold as a package deal and should have been canceled as one membership. They never even told me about it. I had to call their billing department because the Assistant Manager refused to do so. She said that she will get me the number and I can call. She said that she didn't have the time. Their billing department told me that Xtreme Fitness didn't cancel it. We were not on any contract. What a horrible company.
