Again today was told my account is closed. I have been paying my bill every month through check free. Ripoff scam

I have a memership at the The Alaska Club here in Anchorage. At times when I go to the club I'm told my membership is closed. This happened again today. As far as I know my membership is dues are up todate. I have not been notified other wise.
