In January I attended a golf school run by USSOG. One of the things that attracted me to this organization was the fact that they offered a $200 rebate. Now I know about the fine print regarding the rebate claim being postmarked within a certain time frame but surely given the amount of money I spent initially you would think that they would be flexible in this regard.
OK so I didn't get the date right and I'm out of pocket $200 which is my own silly fault, but what was most disappointing was the way they began to attack me when I started to ask questions about their policy. There is a way to conduct yourself in business and belittling customers when they begin to ask questions is not one of them. There is absolutely no respect for customer service with this organization.
