Team Texas Rip-offs... Motor Speedway unprofessional yahoos

My wife purchased a 10 lap driving school as my christmas present.in order to use it, you had to call the school and schedule a date. The number to call virtually never has someone answering, it's usually an answering machine.

I set my date and with great anticipation arrived at the Texas Motor Speedway as instructed. As this was to be a great experience, my wife arrainged for family and friends to come watch. She spent may hours cooking and preparing for this event. On the day of the event, it was overcast and their was a light dew in the track. The officials went ahead with the instruction portion of the class in hopes of it clearing. Unfortunantly, this was not to be. Although it was not raining and the track seemed to be drying, they decided it was not safe. Although disappointed, I agreed with their concerns. I rescheduled for a later time.

My next opportuinty was a couple of months away. Agian, I looked forward to this event. The night before it began to storm and I feared it would be canceled again. After all, the first time it was just wet, now it raining. I was suppose to arrive at 7:00 am and the drive is about an hour. Not wanting to get out in this terrible waether for nothin, I called the school at least three times that morniong to find out if we were goning to try to race. I pleaded with the answering machine to call me back as I was very excited about racing. I heard nothing.

Several days later, I finally talked to someone at the school and asked to be rescheduled. She told me that they did in fact drive the cars and since I did not show up that I lost my money. I asked her why she didn't call me back that day and she would not give me a straight answer. Basically, too bad.

My wife wrote them a letter begging them to reconsider. Again they replied too bad. If anyone wants to drive the race cars, don't use these unprofessional yahoos.
