IGOLF Ripoff refuses to give refunds as promised

IGolf technologies called me one day and asked me if I would like to try their clubs in return for being able to keep a Sand Wedge for free. The required payment of the clubs and wanted $178.00 apiece for each one I orders, 1,3 and 5 woods. Luckily I only ordered 1 club, the 3 wood, for $178.00. I tried out the club and it didn't outperforma any of my clubs so I promptly sent it back within a week. This was August 29. I had a postmaster track receipt of the club and they received it on Sept 2. It is now December 17, and still no sign of a refund. I have called several times and talked with representatives down there (Scott Norton) and they have stated 'the refund is on its way', but it never shows up. One time they even used the Hurricanes of Florida this year as an excuse, stating several Florida customers have sent clubs back because of the hurricanes—yeah right. The Better Business Bureau states this company as a reputation for not handling refunds in a timely manner, and I have filed a report with them on their business practices. Looks like legal action may be necessary to get this company to quit ripping people off.
