They don't deliver after payment

I ordered pills from them a month ago and they promised # days for delivery. I paid the same night as i placed the order. I am still waiting for my product and they r full of excuses. My phone bill is going sky high with these people. They are. They just you money and don't deliver. They cant even provide waybill or tracking numbers.
