African Mango have an interent website which offers a free trial of their product - KenzaTrim and KenzaPure - 30 tabs = 15 days
In early January I noticed that my credit card owing balance had jumped up, and when I checked, African Mango had deducted $97.85 and $87.85 for full products, which I hadn't even ordered. These monies were deducted on the 25th and 27th December, but I did not receive the KenzaTrim until late January and then the KenzaPure on the 4th February.
I have emailed African Mango extensively, pointing out that I had not wanted or ordered these full product and that I demanded that the money be refunded to me. I have had to wait until both products had arrived in South Africa, which cost me R29 x 4 to receive the packages (e.G. 2 x trials and 2 x full products), and only then was a given a RMA number and only when it arrives in Salt Lake City will the money be returned to me.
I would like to warn all persons out there not to purchase from this company, as their client communication does not exist, and then they tell me that I have written the wrong surname on my email address.
