Ordered from this "store" over the course of 6 weeks by email from Kayla was told items were on back order, however they were all still available for purchase on the website, finally realized I was NOT going to be receiving my order-sent her an email to cancel and credit my card back. She replied that it would take 2 weeks to credit me. She should never have charged my card until the order was ready to be shipped and it I wait the 2 weeks it will be 60 days since the charges were incurred and I wont be able to dispute them w/the credit card company. I called my bank and have filed a dispute. I have also done some research and found several message boards w/people who have had similar issues w/Kayla and have NOT been refunded or given their orders. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM thescrapbookplace! She is a liair and a scam artist...
