Local Absolute Scam Artists - Promise You The World, and Deliver Nothing - Crappy Website - Horrible SEO

These people are absolute scam artists.

I was charged more than $1,000, and I got less than nothing - I got a POS website out there that hurt my reputation.

I signed up with them for six months, and in that time, they built one of the worst template websites I have ever seen. Pictures didn't look right, there was way too much white space, and they promised me they would get me to the top of search engine results. We picked out a specific website name so that they would hopefully have an easier time getting me to the top.

I am not going to give my true website name, but for this example, lets say we picked the website name: "TheBestDarnPizzaInChicagoIllinois.com"

I was very clear that I wanted to appear at the top of search engine results if someone was looking for Chicago Pizza (in my example). They said no problem.

They were supposed to build a website, blog, and get me to the top of search engine results, so people searching for my offerings could find me.

They built one of the worse template website I had ever seen, and as for blogging... in five months, then did two blogs. TWO! Both were horribly written, and absolutely wrong.

After five months, I got in touch with them and asked them what they were doing for me, and what was being accomplished. I told them that I was nowhere near the top, not even on the first 10 pages for the search term "Chicago Pizza." They responded by email, simply saying, "You are at the top."

By the way, after I wrote to them to ask what they have been doing for me, on that day - five months after I first signed up with them - they wrote two more blogs. Both were not only wrong, but embarrassingly wrong - picture "the best pizza is made with crackers and Cheese Whiz." It was that wrong! Definitely nothing I would ever want associated with my business.

So after cryptic emails back and forth, where I told them I was nowhere near the top of the search engine results, and they kept simply saying that I was, I come to find out, that they were doing nothing to ensure that I was being found if someone typed in "Chicago Pizza, " "Chicago, Illinois Pizza, " Best Pizza in Chicago, " or anything else that would actually being searched.

They got me to the top of search engine results ONLY if someone happened to type in "The Best Darn Pizza in Chicago Illinois, " the same EXACT words of my website. If someone typed in "The Best Pizza in Chicago Illinois, " my website wouldn't show up... Because they didn't include the word "Darn" in the search terms.

This is something that can be accomplished with about $10 a month through Squarespace or GoDaddy, and about a month of waiting.

When I complained to them that this isn't what I wanted, that they knew the audience I was trying to get, they tried to push the blame on me, saying that I approved the website name. As if Pizza.com or ChicagoPizza.com is just hanging out there, available for me to grab.

These people knew exactly what I was going for, and absolutely scammed me out of more than $1,000.

Do not do business with these scam artists, that will not only not help you with what you are doing, but will hurt your name and business.
