Goods have not shipped... Oporto

Ordered goods via their emails. Never shipped since 09 July. Their mean of payment (POS) on their website is not functioning, so they send you a link to pay via PayPal.

Please abstain from using either of their website (buyinportugal and brasilinho) has you will have immense difficulties in getting a reply to any email you send or will get the same answer to your phone calls.
Never received my goods...
This company has either huge problems or has ceased trading.
Not to be used.
