Amy mortensen luxe 21 is an online handbag boutique. I ordered 2 handbags which i never received. I may several attempts to contact the owner by phone & emails, i even tried to contact the owner trhu facebook. My c

I think this company is a fraud, I ordered to handbags for $90 my credit card was billed but I never received my merchandise. I called customer service which is now disconnected & I haven't received any responses to my emails or facebook messages.
