Saw pictures of human hair extensions on "Luxe HAir by Kimani" facebook page so i contacted her and she gave me all the details on mode of payment and how my order would be sent to me.
I made the first payment of $480 on the 13 Nov and the second, $265 on the 20 Nov. She called me confirming receipt of the transfer and assured me of delivery in few days.
Weeks rolled by and she told me stories of how my order was stuck at immigration and later, she would say she was experiencing delays. Months after, she never answers or returns my phone calls, nor responds to my emails, worse still, she has deleted her facebook account and theres no means of reaching her anymore.
