I made a huge mistake and sent Mr. Watts a check for $250 on 10/26. He told me he was having trouble with his PayPal account and could not accept payment by credit card. The appointments were to start on Tuesday and Thursday of the next week. That was the week of Hurrican Sandy and he contacted me and said that his phone system was based in New Jersy and he could not get service. On Monday of this week he e-mailed me and said that he needed more time to fill the order. I have tried to contact him every day since with no reply. The next time I pass through NC I will have to stop by and pay him a visit.
