I purchased a phone card brand name called 'True World International Phone card' by Nobel. I tried to call overseas and it didn't connect my call at all. I called the customer service number on the card after 6 days of trial (to support my case on that day I wasn't able to do it! I was very sick and had been In a hospital).
However, yesterday I explained the situation the customer representative called Lily, she said it shows the phone was connected for 3 min whether you talked on it or not so we can't get your money back or your minutes, since that wasn't a promised minutes on the card I asked for a supervisor called Amy (refused to give her full name) and I'm told if I had called the same day she would have helped and refund but now she can't.
I asked for any other person who could help me but she said no one can help me and accept what she says and told me to hang up the phone and leave it. This is America, i cant be told as pay your money and we can refuse to give you the service? I paid my money and got no service. The company sells phone card that has no credit on it and tells a customer 'sorry there is nothing we can do) I would like your company to investigate this issue even though the amount is small, please make sure this company stop stealing money from customers.
