Rude workers

I always go to this dunkins every morning before i go to work on washington st in woburn, ma and not all the workers are rude but theres this one girl i dont know her name she looks young and has black hair usually puts a braid to side and shes always rude. Also, another guy named fernando. This should be fix asap, even though the manager seems great!!
