Internet i won a genvawatch ad had to py shiping 489 and was latter ripoff onehundred dollars

I harold g juno.Co won a genva watch on the websight and was told to pay 4dollars and eightynine cents for shipping i was rob of one hundred dollars out of my account for the watch in which isnt worth a hundred dollars is cheap so i need a refund i dont know howto get this done at bank i realy need help they gave my card to other people and i was rob of othe money such as thirty five dollars and fifty dollars i had called bank they stated i have to call these ripoff companies in which i dont think so i need help so call me at 570 xxxxxxx
