Cross country bank ripoff and took for a ride Bocaraton

I paid off balance of card and I am still receiving bills. They have now added cash advances that I have not made. I cut up there card and sent it to them. I got a letter back saying they closed my account but they are still billing me for over the limit and late charges. They have gone to far.
