Dish Network 2 year Contract is Not What it Seems Internet

Four months ago I signed up for Dish Tv and Internet through a bundled package. I was told that for the first year my bill would be 90 dollars for all the services I chose and that on the 2nd year my bill would be 140.00

From the very beginning of these past 4 months I have had nothing but problems. It first started with the internet. I was paying for 7 mgs and only receiving 1.5. After several days of arguing (they had my wife in tears as they were extremely rude) I finally got them to make a scheduled stop to check on the internet. They had to fix the problem at the street by adding additional wiring.

Month 2 my bill was incorrect and after hours of waiting on the phone and arguing I received the correct bill.

Month 4 I received a bill for 133 dollars and once again was on the phone for hours. I advised them that they were not living up to their contract and wanted to cancel. I was told I would pay an early termination fee. I have been on the phone with the executive resolution team only to have my call dropped not once, not twice, but three times. I have never been so frustrated with a company in all my life. I cant even drop the service because they are incapable of transferring me to the correct department...

I know there are other people experiencing the same problems and wish there would be a class action lawsuit filed!
