I paid for a digital camera from ebay. I contacted the member after 3 weeks went by. He assured me that it takes up to 6 week and after viewing his feedback I saw that he was in business for 5 years and the other members did get the camera's but after over 30 days.
I again contacted in 6 weeks after not receiving the camera and again I was assured that the company was behind but it will be mailed soon.By this time I could not file a claim with paypal because the 30 limit was up. I continued to email with no response but still hopefull that the camera will come.
After almost to the day 60 days go by I got a letter that said he has filed bankruptcy and to some it up he has fallen on hard times and I will not get the money back. Now I only have one option, small claims court.
