I contated tag heuer customer support in april to secure a spring pin for my tag heuer watch. They called me to jared jewlers in lake grove, ny. The clerk at jared required my view showing me i'd be contacked within fourteen days. I named jared every two weeks for 8 weeks.

On june 6, i had been told my paperwork have been lost and my view was ready for get. The pin that was mounted wasn't a geniune tag heuer component (it protruded in the view). I paid for the part and service not attempting to leave the watch again. Within two weeks the view dropped off my arm.

On auguast 12, i delivered to jared and spoke using the watch department director. He took the watch model and serial numbers and explained he'd call once the green came. The grab date was june 12. Not getting a phone, i returned to jared in early march. The watch handle unsucessfully attemptedto use a new flag. He explained the spring pin could be reordered and that i could be called when it came.

Today is october 26, i've yet to hear from jared, despite inquires about the status of my order.
