Accidental Disconnect - Cannot Resolve

Included another home to my bill. I had been exceptionally obvious about that becoming an extra home. They closed my initial alarm off (it beeps continuously). After I named I had been informed that it'd be solved in a-10 units which anything could be solved that evening. Two hours later, I contact them to discover why my alarm continues to be displaying "problem" and was informed that I'd an email on my consideration and that I could be approached following the weekend. I discussed this wasn't was I had been informed, got placed on store atleast six occasions and, lastly, told that I'd be approached. Two more hours and that I was informed that I'd possibly need to consider an outstanding day-off function or I'd need to spend them something charge to possess somebody emerge and correct the mistake they triggered. I've something to express - if somebody does not have this set before Friday I will not be calling them to repair it. I'll be contacting Brinks or ADT ahead out.
