I called on 9/27 to cancel a $48.85 charge that been made from my checking account after I had been going through their internet cancellating process for weeks. The answer to why I was billed was because their emails get so backed up. But then again why are the only company with a complicated cancellation prcoess? They reported I would be refunded in full within 5-10 business days and it's day 21 and I have not yet been. I have left several messages since which do not get returned and I have also spoken with a few of the phone women who continue to say the same thing to me. I requested to speak to the billing department at which they tell me there is no speaking to them. WHAT? Ok now I just want my money back.
