Deceptive marketing and charge policies

This company is only in it to keep money no matter how unethical their practice is or how little time has passed since the sign up. I paid to use their services for the month of September and was not aware that it signed me up for a reoccurring charge as it is not clearly stated in the confirmation email; rather, it is at the bottom of the email as a "tip" not as a notification or a clause of the terms of service as it should be. I was recharged on Monday October 15 and attempted to call them to cancel it on the 15th with every one of my 5 calls being met with a busy tone. I also attempted to use their contact form but they do not answer until 24 hours latter.

Now, it is only 24 hours after the charge was placed and I finally got through to them today and instead of an understanding representative that was able to cancel my subscription and issue a refund, I got "Vanessa" who was rude from the beginning of the call and was more than happy to cancel the account but refused to provide a refund because their policy dictates that even if it is 1 hour past the charge time, they will not issue a refund. After going around in circles with her and having her talk down to me and being a smart mouth, I asked to speak to a manager and was informed that there wasn't one and according to the rep, she has no idea when anyone else comes into the office and she is the only person in the office at the moment.

This company may have a good google ranking, but that does not mean they are reputable. I find it ridiculous that they are allowed to operate in a manner where they do not fully disclose that a charge is reoccurring and when it does, they refuse to refund it even if contacted within a reasonable time frame; of course, that is assuming you actually can get in contact with them. I can certainly understand not issuing a refund if I called 2 weeks after the charge posted; but not 24 hours, especially when I tried to call 5 times on the same day the charge was posted. No ethical or legitimate business operates in this manner. If you have a legitimate business and a good product, you do not have to be deceptive about our reoccurring charges and you do not have to fight tooth and nail to keep $20 that you did not earn. Steer clear of these people; I have had 0 responses to my ads on their site that I paid for but 5 on another site that is free and I have never heard of any company that refuses to refund money a single day after it was paid.
