I am a ticket broker from Boston. I had previously used a drop checker from another provider who doesn't not offer his service anymore. I came across droppedtickets.com, and when I did a search on them I found a complaint. Off to a bad start.
I emailed them anyway and they provided me a free one week trial membership. Well all I needed was a few hours to determine the site doesn't work very well.
I tested their system by entering an event with TONS of tickets available, and waited to see how long before I received an email alert. It's been 3 hours and still no email alerting me to the drop. I entered the event at 3pm eastern, so the system should have been running.
Do not give these people your money.
