If you like paying four times what an original ticket would normally cost you, then Tickets in Time is the place for you. If you like companies with horrible customer service, ridiculous markups and one of the most dismal ratings on the internet, then by all means, order from Tickets in Time. After ordering tickets from this sham of a ticket broker, I researched them on the internet and found nothing good about them. Tickets sometimes arrive after the event, people receive tickets to the wrong event, no tickets at all, etc. I tried to email them and explain that due to their dismal ratings, I wanted to cancel my order and did not receive a reply at all. A month later I receive 2 tickets with a face value of $25.25 each which ended up costing me $250. Really??? How these people remain in business is a complete mystery to me, I guess people like me trust that if they don't get what they pay for, they have some sort of recourse.
PLEASE do everyone a favor by putting Tickets in Time/Excite.com out of business! DO NOT order tickets from them!!!
