I had an experience about 6 months ago that I would like to share with all of you.
I spoke to a representative with the initials GM. At least that is what he told me was his name. One day when I called in and asked for GM, they told he they didn't know of him. Then said, "Oh, wait... Yeah ok hold on" So maybe/maybe not huh? Weirded out yet?
So, I began using the solution, and ran into problems left and right. So I made the call to GM. And waited... And waited... Nothing. NO call back. No one from corp. Called back... No one... Nothing. So apparently the support I was promised ran out once I signed my check over to them. Nice huh.
So now I am questioning whether to contact the BBB, ask for my $ back, or simply throw in the towel. I hate to see my money wasted, but when you deal with companies like that, that is what can happen.
Give him a call 416-253-7039... Maybe that's his business #, maybe home. Either way, give him a call.
