I called the owner, "Michael" of Taormina Michael and Plumbing at 607-273-0555 due to leaky pipe in my house. He informed me that he will stop by my house around 10 AM the next day to take a look. I called in sick for my work and I waited for him to come the next day. When he didn't show up by 11 AM, I called him and he told me that he was runnig late because one of his employee did not show up for work and also had a car trouble. He told me that he'll come by 2PM. I waited again and around 2:30 he still did not come. I called again and this time, I got an answering machine. I left a message asking him to give me a call back and let me know what is going on. I waited but no calls. Around 4 and 5PM, I called him—anwering machine again. I left more messages asking him to give a call back. Couple of days later, I called him and he answered. I told him who I was and let him know that I was upset that he made me wait all day and not returing my phone calls. He reponse was that he just hung up the phone on me.
I had to call another plumber the next day at higher cost (weekend rate), and wasted an entire day waiting for him. Any body interested in doing business with him, stay away. He is rude, unprofessional, don't return phone calls and doesn't keep promises.
