Having no family in the state triggered a series of specialized legal speed traps, which none of us felt possible. The Las Vegas family court locks out families by a series of legal maneuvers, which are designed to discourage any caring family member who wants to help a struggling senior.
Before anyone could act on my brothers behalf Jared E Shafer was appointed by the Las Vegas Family court Commissioner Jon Norheim as Steves guardian. This appointment by a corrupt court occurred in spite of the fact Steve had two loving children living out of state who wanted to take care of him.
Jared E Shafer stopped all family visits, embezzled $150,000 from Steve's trust and promptly placed him into a care facility owned by Patience M Bristols mother. Patience M Bristol is another guardian who works with Jared E Shafer. Strong evidence indicates Mr. Shafer is a silent partner in the facility Patience Bristols mother owns. The family was not allowed to visit, but an investigator was able to learn the living conditions were horrible.inside Patience Bristol's mothers facility the institutional conditions were not fit for any living thing. The facility had 247 warnings from the state, and a Nevada State Health Department report found evidence of employees flushing senior medication down the toilet. My brother died within 45 days of being enrolled into Bristols place of human suffering..
It gets better the Nevada attorney General, Ms. Masdoe refused to investigate in spite of the fact evidence existed of severe criminal charges on the parts of the institution owned by Bristols mother. Masdoes father and Jared Shafer were lifelong friends, which prevented Masdoe from probing into the nest of conflicts of interests, which have surrounded Jared E Shafer his entire life. Jared E Shafer simply laughed when confronted with what he had done. Weve learned this person has been responsible for the painful deaths of over 5,000 seniors since beginning his guardian terrorization of seniors in 1979.
Jared Shafer is a senior killer. He hides under a mask of respectability, but behind this horrible face rests the eyes of someone who was born and lives strictly for the enjoyment of watching the suffering of others. Jared Shafers money and ability to do what he does comes from the democratic party. Senator Harry Reid is a close friend of this senior killer. Senator Reid has purchased several valuable properties at prices far below market value as a result of the stealing accomplished by Jared E Shafer. Mr. Shafer never misses an opportunity to brag to others about his relationship with Senator Reid.
All of this criminal activity couldnt take place without the help of judges and commissioners who rule in Las Vegas family court. Jared Shafer has continuously bragged about bribing these judges and controlling them with money stolen from seniors. The Las Vegas tribune, a local newspaper has published articles with evidence of Mr. Shafer dictating court procedures with hand signals. Video tapes of Shafers signaling judges were removed from the countys archives when news of a pending federal investigation surfaced.
Jared Shafer cant accomplish his own dirty work. He hired Patience M Bristol to act as his front person. Bristols job is to talk nicely to the families while Jared E Shafer rips them off and eventually kills them through his horrible care.
Mr. Shafer knows his time is up, he is playing the victim claiming it was the helpless seniors who framed him with respect to the charges now in the process of being filed against him. This is a monster who obtained his job with Clark county as public administrator with a fraudulent college degree, a past, which was totally fabricated and through the use of now deceased Las Vegas power brokers who felt an obligation to repay a debt to Jared Shafers father by allowing Shafer to gain his position through fraud.
Jared Shafers marriage was arranged through an LDS bishop after he converted to the LDS church from his Jewish religion. Jared Shafer has never dated or had a girl friend. His past indicates an association with men, but after conversion to the LDS church, this aspect of Jareds life appeared to change.
Jared Shafer said his conversion was necessary to get the work he now enjoys.
Fraud, lies, and death are the legacy of this animal who masquerades as a human being. Brutality didnt die with the fall of Germany. It is alive and well in Las Vegas through the brutality of Jared E Shafer former public guardian of Clark County.
