Jared Shafer the former public guardian of Clark County where Las Vegas is located is a perverted criminal. Mr. Shafer through his court appointed guardianship robbed my brother of his entire trust through fraud, minipulation, lies and intimidation against his family who only wanted to protect him. Little Jared began his stealing when Jon Norheim the mob paid family court commissioner appointed him as guardian in 2010. Jared Shafer cut off the family, placed my brother in a dirty home owned by two older homo sexuals and the place was filthy. Shafer began stealing from the account in amounts, which totaled on average of $50,000 per month. When questioned, Jared said "Norheim the mob attorney is in my pocket. If he knows what's good for him he will stay out of my way. My brother passed away on May 23 broke. Mr. Shafer had stolen everything. I learned from Patience Bristol a 37 year old guardian who works for him that Mr. Shafer spends at least 3 hours per day watching porno movies on the Internet in his office. Patience Bristol said "it is not a good idea to disturb my boss when he is engaged. He gets mean."
Others who surround this corrupt guardian have vices that they can't control. One Shafer follower drinks constantly, another takes drugs on a regular basis, a third sells meth and one 55 year old lady enjoys the company of young men under the age of 21. Patience Bristol can't stay with one man, Claire Shafer has not been sober in 10 years and Shafer's children all suffer from mental problems. Mr. Shafer has taken money from so many people he can't lay in his bed straight. Shafer's health is bad because of his constant stealing. The fact his SUV has three sevens as a license plate only illistrates the fact that he gambles with money from senior trust accounts. Unfortunately Mr. Shafer gambles when he is drunk, which means he loses the money. Dice is his game and losing is his shame.
