Complaints - - - Dear Sir or Madman,
On 9/24, I stopped at the 2731 Niles Ave Dunkin Donuts in Saint Joseph MI 49022 to purchase two medium regular coffees and a croissant around 7:45am. I didn't realize until I ordered the beverages that I did not have any cash on me. Therefore, I informed the manager/owner and cashier that I will go to the bank and will return shortly.
When I returned (around 8:30am) to purchased my order, the cashier told me to step out of line. I stood there about 5-7 mins and then asked cashier can I purchase the coffee and croissant. The owner/manager then proceeded to sell me the original coffees that have been residing there since for 7:45 am (45m mins ago). I informed the owner/manager that I do not want cold coffee and would like for him to make me a new cup. Then the (Cashier) proceed to state to me " It's not our problem that you did not have any money". I am like what - - did you say. She repeated her statement. The owner/manager told me to Shhhh. Do not let this happen again as if he was doing me a favor by providing me with another cup of coffee.
I told him for the past several months, I have been purchasing at this DD location every day (M-F) two coffee and a croissant. I can not believe that you have treated me in such poor manner. I also stated that you can keep the coffee and I will NEVER shop here again.
Please do not expect good customer service or professional etiquette at this location - - SINCE the employees are conducting themselves in such a poor manner.
