My visit was horrible! They didnt have the size i needed in stock had to ask the cashier to check online - she said you had them would recieve in less that eleven days, probably sooner since it wasnt peak season.
Checked tracking daily nothing appeared then the final day they should have been at my home i recieve an email not a call informing me that they had insufficient inventory. (took 11days to find that out???) the email states my payment would be credited as cash.
Wasted my time energy and gas to go back to the store with email and reciept showing i paid cash. Only to wait for 20min while cashier called customer service to be informed that i would have a check mailed to me in 14days!!! Absolutely unacceptable! They can take my money wait till the day i should have shoes in hand to tell me they dont have them, then i need to wait an additional 14days to get my money that you took giving me nothing?
Called and spoke with customer service team which is a joke... I got a bunch of empty apologys and basically we failed you as a customer and are going to do nothing to make things right.
Will never shop here again! Thanks for taking my cash and not returning it till its convinent for you!!
