Bought Lexmark Printer/Fax. It had been faulty. Had link issues. Delivered alternative and delivered unique with all components. 2nd product also flawed. Named Customer Support three times in one single evening, 1st the printer, then fax, then publishing. Customer Support had me do assessments and cleansing depleting all of the printer, therefore needed to buy extra tubes at $80. That printer was consumed also with increased checks and cleanings. Delivered 3rd alternative, all within 14 days, it had been a layer without any components, and delivered additional design. Needed to wait 7 days for components, meanwhile likely to Office Website for publishing/faxing at extra cost. That alternative was also faulty. Couldn't mount printhead. Returned to Office Website, they might not get components to suit or device to function, therefore got reimbursement and bought a Canon without any futher issues. Lexmark declined to return the cash I taken care of the extra tubes though it was their mistake with extreme assessments and cleanings that triggered the issue. All-they cared about was making reasons, not repairing issues!
