Extremely Poor Customer Service for Merchants!

My business was set to be a featured merchant on Living Social. I signed a contract 4 or 5 weeks ago and was subsequently contacted by the promo coordinator to finalize the wording of the deal about 5 days before I was expected to run. When I went to correct the wording of the deal - which incorrectly stated the nature of the deal I had signed on to do - I got told that they don't do the type of promotion I had been contracted to do with them. This made no sense to me because someone approved my deal weeks ago. Subsequent excuses ensued, including the sales rep giving 2 weeks notice (apparently he didn't know how to structure deals, and why did that become my problem?). His boss, though nice, told me they cannot do the deal in question and even though this was clearly their fault all the way around, had no real solution that made sense for my business - keep in mind they have now left my business in the lurch because the promo was set to run tomorrow and included a set of classes running just two weeks from now.in good faith I waited the 4 weeks to run with them, and now they have royally screwed my small business, as I did not pursue any other promotions with other companies. DO NOT do business with them! They don't care about small business owners or moreover, taking responsiblity for their internal screwups. They would much rather leave you, the customer, holding the bag in the end.
