I filled out and online application, including my bank account and bank routing number along with the amount of 29.95. The elecronic check cleared on 9-23-02 (two weeks after I had submitted my application)
Despite repeated e-mails and several requests for a refund, I never got a response. If I had know about this complaint web site I would not have fallen for this scam.
I have done some research and I've found the following report from the Better Business Bureau's web site. I hope it's of some help.
