This company replaced our windows last Spring. We are satisfied with the windows, other than the outside trim outs, but asked several times to get a detailed invoice of the billing for our efforts to get a rebate from PUD for the windows replaced and to claim this home improvement to the IRS for tax purposed. Now when I tried to contact them, their phone is no longer in use, there is no webpage to contact them. I am sending them a letter further requesting this information, but I do not feel that this request will be answered either.
As you can see it has been 7 months now that we have been waiting for these requests to be answered and still nothing. Frustration has set in.
