On 5/13 I went to Marcus Saenz's personal house upon his request to service his air conditioners, He paid me with a company check from Americas Custom Homes for services performed on his house. The check that he gave me was a hot check. I have left many many messages on his voice mail, he never returns calls to address his hot check writing ability.
