David Schatzberg (Columbia Construction Services St Clair Shores, MI) now the proud president of another rip of general contractor - Venator Contracting Shelby Twsp, MI is still in motion to destroy the small business contractor that delivers exceptional work and takes pride in doing so. Our terms were upon completion. Amazing... David's phone and Venator's phone is not being answered when they see our number. We at least pursue our monies owed knowing the owner of Burwells' Restaurant in Charlesotn, SC was very happy with the polished concrete flooring installed.
John Thomas the owner was a great guy and we sure hope he is not involved in this sub-contractor scheme with 'The Crook" David Schatzberg.
