While Karin in the office is extremely nice, it is important to consider that Unique is not actually a moving company. Unique movers will not show up at your house. This company is a broker and a random group of movers will show up at your house and you can do no research as to how good people who actually handle your furniture are.
For my long distance move, the company that picked up my furniture was great, they wrapped everything well and packed it nicely. This is where the good part ends. Once they were done loading, they DOUBLED the quote that Karin had given me for the move, but I had to accept because I was moving that day.
This company unloaded my furniture at a storage facility and then another company picked it up and loaded it into their truck and hauled it across the country.
