Paid for a Box Office Express Machine over 6 months ago. Pushed to hurry up and sign as price would be going up to $49,995.00, price has never changed. Have been taken for a horrible ride ever since. Rarely called with locations after giving extensive wish lists. When called with locations they were low foot traffic far away locations. Last location's called about were a fitness center that the machine would not even fit through the door of and a convenience store/deli that was extremely disgusting, low foot traffic, and far away.
Tried to e-mail the company and sent a certified letter last week to try to get our money back and found out that they have been shut down by the FTC. Was called by someone today that Brett at the Bank Card USA the credit card account bank gave my number to, who was told they set up 400 accounts. So where's all the money? I have filed a complaint with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (www.800helpfla.com). Type in e-mail address and file a complaint.
If anyone gets anywhere, we'd love to be involved in any actions taken against the company.
