This firm took the last bit of money I had from me to do a loan modification to save my house. Of course They dont know what they are doing, they could and did not file the correct paperwork for the judge to grant my request so I lost my house to foreclosure. There is nobody there willing to help, I took them to small claims court and the judge suggested I hire an attorney and sue them for malpractice.
I suggest you contact the attorney generals office and file a complaint. It is illegal to charge monies upfront for a loan modification. They are liars and truly dont know what they are doing.
