A fellow named Damian in their location dept. Seemed pretty knowledgeable. After several attempts he found me a location in a large fitness center. Since I was expecting the machine to be delivered this week, I went ahead and ordered two phone lines which were installed. Yesterday 10/5/04 I tried calling to find out the exact day of delivery. No one answered the phones. I discovered what was going on from this website.
