Well I've worked for Ev-Air Tight Shoemaker, Inc for more than 22 years. Was hurt at work (their gear smashed, I dropped nearly 30′) have now been unemployed for nearly 2 yrs because of the accidents. Never noticed a term in the very males who named me household, never a “how are you””get well soon” wish your okay etc NOTHING!
I finally here in the operator (a guy whom I'd named father-like in my experience) he comes to inform me I’m dismissed! Not accepted back after 22 years of faithful support. Additionally I had been and am really expressive about Ev-Air Tight Shoemaker’s exercise of hiring and assisting ILLEGAL ALIENS!!! With my very own eyes I've observed illegals altering their titles and S.S.#’s using the forces that be completely conscious! I observe how a once-proud company has converted into a 3rd planet organization, horrible design (or absence there of) nobody in control, harmful harmful circumstances for workers and also the community
We (they) perform a really dangerous work, over fifty percent of the employees are misleading illegals who're harmful! 1 / 2 of the organization smokes bud AT THE OFFICE, the majority are alcoholics and-or lovers who simply don’t treatment. There's grounds the corporation has dropped so difficult, for just one how they have handled their faithful American Resident work-force! I'm not the very first someone to be attached by the corporation, I simply never in 1000000 years believed they'd dome like this!
Now it may seem nicely he’s simply pissed, and that I am! However it doesn’t alter the reality! The reality are they intentionally look for and employ illegals, they intentionally permit drug addicts to focus on YOUR STRUCTURES!!! They intentionally conceal these folks (i.E. Title and # modifications) plus they today intentionally do poor work-work! There's nobody there to look at these men anymore, your lives might be at risk aswell of the lifestyles of one's tenants or workers
