When I got my first phone with ATT Wireless all was find. When I had to replace my phone, they never gave me my rebate, I ate that $100.00.
Unfortunately the phone I receive was junk and has since been recalled and no longer offered. A few months later I had to replace the junk phones. I was offered another free phone as long as I signed up for another two year contract. I explained my previous experience and declined their offer for a free phone. They immediately applied the rebate. I fell for the scam. When I received my first bill there were so many hidden fees that not only was it difficult to follow, it doubled my previous bills. I spent hours on the phone discussing the bill with their representatives. They were not willing to budge, so I refuse to pay and now I face a bad credit report because of these crooks.
