My fiance bought my custom made gemstone at Hannoush, and so I determined that I'd attempt going right through them to buy his wedding ring. After I told him the group I oringinally requested and had previously half taken care of was the deeper tungsten, all he'd to express was he had previously positioned the purchase for that bright one, and proceeded to express "Hmmmm. Now, I've been already towards the shop three times, that will be about 45 units around journey from my home, and that I will have to generate towards the shop for that 4th period, to exhibit them AGAIN which band-it was that I requested, wish they purchase the correct one, then return again to choose it-up. And in the end is stated and completed, I'll have created five 45-minute extended excursions, simply to purchase ONE RING, and that I am still not assured the ring I'll obtain would be the correct one. Hannoush is actually understaffed with part time employees who'renot devoted to the task, and that's why along the way of purchasing this band I've voiced to 4 various people, none of whom will require responsibility for purchasing the incorrect band within the first place. Additionally, from the 4 workers I've voiced to, JUST ONE of these has apologized in my experience, and appeared like she really might have experienced terrible. I'll NEVER invest another cent below, which is really a disgrace since my customized gemstone is stunning, and we desired to possess a corresponding customized group to complement it.
