I bought life insurance leads from directmarketingsurveys.com, They said that they get their leads from stuffers that go into credit card statements and people have to fill them out and mail them if they are interested in life insurance.
James York promised 10 appointments per 100 leads. I bought just under 200 leads. After going through about half of them and not having any appointments and every single person claims to never have filled out anything requesting information.in addition I called multiple widows whose deceased husband was the contact listed!
After speaking with someone other than the person who sold me the leads, they apologized and promised to make it right. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said none were available but one would call me back. After 10 days and no one calling me back I tried calling them and no one answered the phone. I sent multiple emails to James York with no responses.
Finally after many phone calls Frank answered the phone and said there were no records of my previous conversation. I went through the process again and he assured me someone would call me back. Once again no one has called me back.
I call the number they have listed and besides for when Frank answered no one seems to ever answer the phone.
