On 8/22 I had 2 scheduled installations from Luna. The sales consultant came to my home and assessed the project and projected costs. He made it clear the appliances and furniture would be moved. When the one installer arrived on installation day, he said I would have to help him move things? I stepped outside for a minute to later return and find a smashed picture by the door and the installer laying in the other room covered in blood. The installer then got up and began walking through my home dripping and smearing blood everywhere.
When paramedics arrived, the installer refused medical treatment. My family cancelled the flooring install but spoke with Kate Zilke who said the carpet install could still proceed because Luna valued our business. My family cleaned up the blood and glass and waited for the carpet install. The installers for the carpeting arrived 3 hours late and did not have any information regarding the updated amount quoted by Kate Zilke.
