The regular auctioneer gives his speech at the beginning of every auction that they do not want an unhappy customer "if what you buy does not work bring it back and we will give you credit". Well my friend and I spent a good deal of money there over a couple months, enjoying the entertainment and purchases. He assured me that he had purchased a broken item that he took back and received a credit.
Well the first broken item I had, I tried to use their generous offer to keep their customers happy and trotted in to return for credit. I was told that without a receipt that was not possible. My friend said he was not required to show a receipt. And receipts being required was never mentioned by the auctioneer in his speech.
So if you buy anything there, be sure you look it over carefully and test everything out 100%. His friendly speech is bull and only meant to make the buyers feel comfortable with spending their money on potentially broken items. Or better yet, find another auction to spend your money at.
