On June 6th I was asked to enjoy a no risk publication of a sales periodical, they said that there was no obligation, simply try it for three publications and cancel before 60 days by writing cancel on the invoice and faxing it back.
I didnt receive any publications for 5 weeks, then received two publications for two periods all at once. I also received an invoice of delinquincy same day as receipt. My AR department was not pleased.
I attempted to fax a cancellation on July 17 but the fax number i was provided via thier confirmation fax did not work. I had to search for thier e-mail and try to call them. There cusomer service recording ran off a list of instructions for accouunt number, subsribtion number id number without a pause. I to call back several times to write it all down.
I received another invoice August 5th for 195.50 and another August 16.2012 for 177.00 for two diffenent publications. These types of tactics are unethical, and waste a lot of time.
Dont let these people send you anything, it is very difficult to get them to stop.
